I
would like to invite you on a journey through the pathways of
your mindfield. Once you discover
what the pathways are, you will have your own personal roadmap
to greater health, happiness and success.
You’re
probably wondering what a mindfield is and what
does it mean? I like to think of a
mindfield as an energy field, or a field of possibilities awaiting
their moment of expression. Another
way of saying that is we all have the potential to live a healthy
and happy life but sometimes our energy field is compromised,
we aren’t aware of the possibilities that await us, or we just
don’t know how to do it.
You
have the power within you to increase your happiness and sense
of feeling good, but you may not know how to tap into it, or how
to go about doing it. In Pathways
Through Your Mindfield I offer thought-provoking ideas and
explain a little bit of the science involved in how your thinking
and your thoughts are formed. Also,
I talk about how those thoughts affect you, and how some of the
pathways you have travelled on the road to becoming you
impact you today. I also use humour
frequently, as I firmly believe that learning is far too important
to be taken seriously.
The
section of the book I’m particularly delighted in sharing is the
Tools of Transformation chapter. I
offer you some fun and interesting techniques that will enable
you to make a profound difference in how you think
and feel. The value in learning and
applying these techniques is twofold. You
can use them to clean up the past, and you can use them to enhance
your future outcomes even more. You
see, you do have the power within you to actually feel better.
